By booking with Farrios and Associates Travel Adventures, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions which govern the relationship between the traveler and our agency. Please read carefully.
 

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be secured with a deposit, which may be either refundable or non-refundable, subject to the specific terms and conditions of the selected package. Full payment is due by the final payment date communicated upon booking. Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards or third-party processors. Failure to remit payment on time may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit or other funds.
 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of individual travel providers. We are not responsible for penalties incurred from changes or cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unexpected circumstances, including illness, emergencies, and travel disruptions.
 

3. Travel Insurance

Farrios Travel Adventures offers travel insurance through trusted partners. If you decline coverage, you accept all associated risks, including trip delays, medical emergencies, and loss of property. We encourage clients to review their policy details and contact us with any questions before travel.
 

4. Documentation

It is your sole responsibility to ensure all required documentation is current and valid, including passports, visas, and health certifications. Entry requirements vary by country and are subject to change without notice. Farrios Travel Adventures is not liable for denied entry or additional expenses resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
 

5. Travel Risks

All travel entails some risk. We are not liable for acts of nature, government restrictions, terrorism, pandemics, civil unrest, or other conditions beyond our control. Clients agree to travel at their own risk and accept the terms of each supplier and transportation entity.
 

6. Supplier Responsibility

We act solely as an agent for the travel service providers. We do not own or operate any third-party entities. Therefore, we are not responsible for actions, negligence, or defaults of suppliers. Any issues or disputes with accommodations, airlines, or tour operators must be addressed directly with the service provider.
 

7. Changes to Itinerary

Farrios Travel Adventures reserves the right to make necessary itinerary modifications due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or events of force majeure. We will endeavor to provide comparable alternatives where possible and will notify clients of changes promptly.
 

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may proceed to binding arbitration under the jurisdiction of the state where Farrios Travel Adventures is registered. The traveler agrees to cover their own legal fees.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
