What is ETIAS and Requirements - ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System) is an online travel authorization required for travelers from visa-exempt countries, like the U.S., entering the Schengen Area (which includes Italy). It is not a visa, but travelers must have it before boarding a flight to Italy.

Do You Need ETIAS for November 2026 Bella Italia Escape Tour?Yes. All U.S. citizens traveling to Italy for tourism, business, or family visits must have ETIAS authorization.

Motorcoach Baggage Restrictions
You will be traveling by motorcoach throughout your Bella Italia Escape Tour. To ensure a comfortable and safe journey for all passengers, please review the baggage guidelines below.

Motorcoach under-carriage compartment

One (1) bag per person is permitted and will be stowed in the motorcoach’s under-carriage luggage compartment. The bag must not must not exceed 30” x 21” x 11” in dimensions and 50 lbs. in weight. IMPORTANT: Tour operator is unable to accept a second piece of luggage or luggage exceeding these limits.

Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one piece per person, not exceeding 12"x11"x6” to fit under the coach seat or in the small overhead compartment.

For safety reasons, wheeled carry-on bags are NOT permitted as carry-on

Note: Motorcoach overhead bins are smaller than airline overhead bins; travelers should plan accordingly.
Tour Activity Level –
Important - This is a Balanced (2) Activity Level Tour
Balanced tours offer both adventure and relaxation, perfect for solo or group travelers to experience their destination fully.
Guests should be comfortable with moderate walking and periods of standing. The itinerary includes uneven terrain, cobblestone streets, stairs, and occasional uphill areas at historic and archaeological sites. While this is not a hiking tour, a reasonable level of mobility is recommended to fully enjoy the experience.

For a limited number of single travelers, the $450 single supplement fee may be waived based on Interest Forms submitted during the Bella Italia Preview Announcement Campaign held in mid-2025. Priority will be given to those who expressed interest.

Air Travel - Airfare (Not Included) Farrios Travel Adventures can arrange your flights directly or we can coordinate with Globus to handle your airfare on your behalf as part of the tour booking process - just let us know your preference on our Traveler Information Form. Tour Information - Starts in Venice and ends in Naples.

Departure Flight - Outbound international (overnight) flight should depart your home city on Friday, November 13, arriving at Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) on Saturday November 14.

Flight Timing – Please schedule your arrival with enough time to settle in and attend the Welcome Dinner at 6:00 PM, where you’ll meet your Tour Director and fellow travelers.

Return Flight – Your international departure may be scheduled for any time on or after Sunday, November 22 from Naples – Capodichino International Airport (NAP).

Travel insurance provides coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost or delayed luggage, and other unforeseen events. It is important to understand these risks before choosing to decline coverage.
Simply indicate on your Traveler Information Form whether you are willing to accept and purchase coverage or decline coverage.

Optional Excursions – A selection of optional experiences will be offered in select destinations to enhance your tour and provide added value.
These excursions may include unique experiences not offered on other tours and are exclusive to Globus Tours.
The specific optional excursions will be announced at a later date. Farrios Travel Adventures will notify you when they become available for purchase on the MyGlobus site, starting 90 days prior to the tour start date. You may then choose to add them to your itinerary for the additional cost of each tour.
